I used this rub on a bbq pork tenderloin and the spice level was perfect. I loved the subtle mushroom flavour and I can't wait to try it with veggies next. There is a lot of spice for the price and a little goes a long way which is always nice

The spice blend is delicious. It is quite spicy. If you do not like spicy food, this is not the spice for you (even though it is marked as mild). It is deliciously smokey though.
Easy Tacos and more! Such a fresh and vibrant spice minus all the salt and fillers typically found in premade mixes! This was so easy to use and made delicious tacos. Super happy with this purchase! this spice has a fresh taste and is so versatile! First night we purchased this we marinated chicken in this spice and added the BBQ. The following night we added to grilled potatoes. So tasty! Low salt spice mix unlike many other options out there! I can't wait to try more of the recipe ideas on the big cove foods website!
I have used and made a variety of rubs and spice blends over the years, but this is one of a kind. We used it to make the scallops with capers and loved it. We'll be trying it in other dishes especially soups and grills.
This porcini barbeque genie spice blend has some really bold flavors. It smells so potent and delicious. It has a great kick to it and not too much salt. For someone who is not a big mushroom fan I actually really enjoyed the spice. I love that the spice has great flavors, but very simple ingredients.
I love the amount of herb flavour on this spice, it tastes and smells like you are eating fresh herbs and spices. I love that it does not taste too salty like a lot of other spice blends. I wish that the rosemary was chopped a bit smaller. This makes a delicious salad dressing, can't wait to try it as a protein seasoning!
The taco enhancer spice blend was delicious. It had so much more flavour than a regular taco seasoning spice blend, and the ingredients are a lot simpler. I think this would be able to be used for multiple type of dishes a simple one being a chip dip or tacos. I do wish that this was a bit spicier as I do love spice, but the flavours were still delicious and it also tasted very fresh. I can't wait to try this on new dishes.
As soon as I opened the jar I could immediately smell how fragrant and fresh this spice blend was. I used the product to season steak that I was planning to grill and it elevated the flavour of the meat so much. The flavours were mouthwatering and delicious. This blend made the meat so tasty and had such a deep rich flavour. I loved the contrast between sweet and sour. This product will definitely be a new staple in my pantry!

As a woman of Egyptian descent, I can say that the flavours in this spice blend are definitely authentic. Also, very fresh-as soon as you open up the blend, you are greeted with the enticing aroma of cumin and other flavours. I use it to make a quick and easy chickpea salad. I add lots of lime and olive oil to the chickpeas and I am good to go. So happy I discovered Big Cove and can't wait to play around with the other spice blends I purchased!
