Coconut Crunch Piña colada

So we did a thing.

We rimmed the glass of our homemade Piña colada with the one and only, Coconut Crunch

The result? Delicious.

We didn't make the drink overly sweet (those kind are saved for all inclusive sunny resorts). But the Coconut Crunch rim added a nice sweet and crunchy punch every time you had a sip.

Worth a try next time your in the mood to sip something tropical.

Coconut Crunch Piña colada

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Crunch
(you won't need it all, so you can pour what you don't use back into bag)

  • 2 lime wedges

  • 1 cup frozen pineapples

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream (we used the thick part on top of a can of coconut milk)

  • 1/2 cup white rum (use coconut rum for a sweeter drink)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Pour the Coconut Crunch into a small dish wide enough to fit the rim of your glass.

  2. Cut a slit in the lime and rim the glass, making sure to evenly saturate it with lime juice. Dip the rim onto the dish with the Coconut Crunch until you get a nice coating.

  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients into a blender, and mix until creamy.

  4. Pour and enjoy.
