Dessert Nacho Chip

Ingredients

  • 7 small flour tortilla’s

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3-4 tbsp Maximum Pie sweet blend

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 450 F.

  2. Layer to cookie sheets with tin foil.

  3. Melt the butter and using a pastry brush (or just get messy and use your hands, no one is looking!) lather it on both sides of the tortilla’s.

  4. Generously sprinkle the Maximum Pie spice on both sides and use your hands to make sure it’s evenly distributed.

  5. (Alternatively, you can also mix the spice in with the melted butter)

  6. Stack in 2 piles and cut them in half, and then cut each half into 3 triangles. Each tortilla will make 6 chips.

  7. Lay them out on the lined cookie sheets.

  8. Bake for 4 minutes, then flip and bake for another 3 minutes. Keep a close eye after you flip them (I burnt my first batch watching instagram reels..)

  9. Once they have some delicious color, remove them from the oven to cool. Remember, they will harden more once cooled.

  10. Best served day of, but you can store them in an airtight container for 24 hours.
