Marshmallow's and chocolate are an absolute classic!
So it was a no brainer to think that maybe our Cocoa Loco sweet blend would make for one hell of a chocolate sauce... drizzled over marshmallows... and served over Maximum Pie covered tortilla chips.
But honestly, we think you need to try it for yourself.

1 Dessert Nacho Chip recipe
1 cup mini marshmallows
300 ml sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp Cocoa Loco
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Make your nacho chips ahead of time and allow to cool.
Move on to make your chocolate sauce, set a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and the Cocoa Loco sweet blend.
Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and take off heat.
Stir in the butter until smooth and melted.
Store in fridge, and reheat in microwave in 10-15 second increments when you’d like to use again.
Layer your dessert chips on a platter and evenly distribute the mini marshmallows.
Making sure your sauce is warm, generously drizzle it all over (as much as you want!)

I got one jar of this, and didn't know what to do with it. It was Taco Tuesday, so I decided to try to miss it while making the beef.
I would have to say that it ended up working, and I found my tacos were enhanced.

My cousin and her husband came to visit me in Dominica West Indies. They brought along Egyptian summer and hot jerk spices from.Big Cove Foods!!! The taste sensation just blew my mind. I made a stirfry of chicken with vegetables using the Egyptian summer. The flavor was sensational. I used the hot jerk on some locally caught fresh mahi-mahi. It was absolutely extraordinary. These little boxes of spice varieties are great! I’m taking them to Ontario this week and will use them as the perfect little ‘hostess gifts’ I use Big Cove spices all the time. ‘Mary had a’ is my favourite. I use it on everything! (I don’t even like lamb so I definitely don’t just use it for that, lol!)
I repurchased this tasty blend when it was available again. I would say it's a medium heat so it's a nice option to have. We also enjoy the Ghost Taco blend but use it sparingly for that extra kick!

My second time purchasing Ghost Taco and it’s unreal. Perfect amount of spice and no fillers like starch that a lot of other blends have. Great on chicken and beef.

What I love about these spices is that they may come individually packaged, but I still turn on a bit more wild, by mixing one package with another. Have you tried Taco Enhancer with Red Rub? Amazing
