It's never too late to hop on a trend! Baked goat cheese is deliciously simple and far exceeding all expectations. Our Mary Had a Lot of Lamb made the cut for this seasoning in this easy, one pot dish. Adding layers of aromatic herbs and sumac really brought these ingredients together!
Versatality at its finest; you can use this as a dip, pasta or served over BBQ chicken. The options are endless and we are so excited to introduce this recipe.
In a oven safe dish, place the goat cheese log in the middle and sprinkle the cherry tomatoes and black olives around the outside.
Sprinkle your Mary spice and olive oil all over and bake for 20-30 minutes - until the tomatoes have have softened and everything has been bubbling together.
Serve with crusty bread or mash it together lightly and serve with cooked pasta!
