Jalapeño Poppers are what we think of for party snacks that are the next level, well-above just chips and dip (also delicious)

We're not into the Superbowl, but we can always get behind an event that is known for snacks and food. Alongside wings and nachos, these are next up in our dirty superbowl snack wish list:  Ghost Taco Jalapeño Poppers.  They are made with Ghost Taco; it's our famous Taco Enhancer, but with Ghost Peppers included.

Ghost Taco spice blend is kicking things up a notch. in these Ghost Jalapeño Poppers - it's the intense taco flavour you're craving with that added heat level you can brag to your friends about.

Ghost Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

  • 5 jalapeno peppers halved, seeded

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 tsp Ghost Taco spice blend (add 3 for spicier)

  • salt to taste
  • 5 slices bacon, cut in half length wise

Directions

  1. Wash and then slice the jalapeños in half, lengthwise. You can trim the stems off or leave them on (cause they look cute). Scoop out all the seeds and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese and Ghost Taco until fully combined. Add salt to taste if needed (we didn’t add any, but it’s your preference)

  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the filling, about 1 tbsp. Making sure to press down with the spoon to really fill the space.

  4. Wrap jalapenos in bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Preheat your airfryer to 360 F. Lay the peppers out onto the tray and cook for about 10 minutes. Keep a close eye as air fryer times can vary.
