Tomato Burrata Salad

Burrata's unique creaminess is so beautiful - it only makes sense to pair with beautiful heirloom tomatoes and herbaceous-ly simple dressing.

It's so simple, yet packs a fresh, creamy punch. I wish I got photo or video of us cutting into it. The creamy burrata filling fills the plate and surrounds the well seasoned tomatoes in all its glory.

Mary Had a Lot of Lamb is the perfect component to bring these fresh ingredients together organically - it fits so perfectly. The hint of sumac in the spice blend brings a flavour to this dish that is unique in so many ways, you'll just have to try it out for yourself!
